By Web: Place your order safely and conveniently at www.sweettreatceramics.com

Sweet Treat Ceramics provides secure online ordering. We accept credit card payments through PayPal, a secure credit card payment system.

On our Product Pages, you will find a “Buy Now” and an “Add to Cart” button beside each item. If you are still shopping, simply click “Add to Cart” and that item will be placed in your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, select the “Buy Now” button, and you will be taken to the PayPal payment page.

If you are not a member of PayPal please fill out the form completely. To successfully complete your PayPal payment you must provide your email address where it is requested.

You must also select a password that is a minimum of 8 characters. Write down your password so that the next time you use PayPal you will not have to re-enter your credit card information or fill out the form again.

At the very bottom of the payment form you will see a yellow box with characters printed against a grid background. You must type those characters into the empty box where designated.

Your PayPal payment form provides a Comments Section where you can write in your specific design instructions.

If your PayPal payment process is interrupted for any reason, you will need to begin the process again.

How do I personalize an order?

If you are ordering online, select the item you wish to personalize and click the “Buy Now” button. At the end of the PayPal payment process, you will be provided with a Comments Section. Type in all specific design instructions in this space and they will be sent to Anja. For more information on how to personalize an order, see Personalizing.

How long will my order take?

Anja’s goal is to create, paint, fire, and ship your order in approximately 3-4 weeks (excluding holidays). It may be possible to receive an order with slightly less turnaround time. If you have a deadline, please Contact Anja to check the production schedule. During the busy holiday season please allow up to 5 weeks to process your order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping for most items is FREE.* Your order will be packed with extra care and safety material to insure that your gift arrives with no damage.

*Free shipping is available for standard orders sent US Mail, ground only. Contact Anja for shipping estimates on large and custom orders.

What is your return policy?

All of Anja’s pottery is guaranteed. If you are not happy with your order please Contact Anja to discuss returning the item and receiving a replacement.

What are the holiday cut-off dates?

The holidays are always a busy time. It may take up to 5 weeks to process an order during the holidays. To ensure receipt of your Christmas gift in time, place holiday orders before November 15, 2005.
